The Dafabet Warriors hopes of a place in the playoffs was dealt another severe blow as George Linde and Zubayr Hamza shone to secure a 24 run victory for the Six Gun Grill Cape Cobras in the Betway T20 Challenge on Tuesday. Linde shone with both bat and ball as the Cape side chalked up a convincing first win of the competition, overcoming a Warriors outfit who suffered a third loss in as many matches. Linde, who earlier in the day scored quick fire 48 off 20 balls including six boundaries and three massive sixes, built on a superb opening display by Hamza, who scored 57 to help the Cobras set the competition's highest first innings score of 181, losing only five wickets in the 20 overs.
